When is Square Shotz launching?
May 21, 2026 on the iOS App Store. The physical foldable board ships later this year — pre-orders open the same day.
Is Square Shotz free?
Yes. The app is free to download and play. Optional in-app purchases for cosmetics and currency. No pay-to-win mechanics.
Do I need an account to play?
No account is required for single-player practice mode. To play ranked multiplayer, sign in with Apple ID via Sign In with Apple or Game Center.
How do in-app purchases work?
All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Manage and refund through your Apple ID account settings. We don't see or store your payment information.
I bought coins / a bundle but didn't receive them.
Rare but it happens. Email support@squareshotzgames.com with your receipt (in your email after purchase) and we'll resolve within 24 hours.
How do I report a bug or a cheater?
Email support@squareshotzgames.com with details. For cheaters, include their username and a description. We investigate every report.
How do I delete my account and data?
Email privacy@squareshotzgames.com with subject "Delete My Account." We remove server-side data within 30 days. Uninstalling the app removes local data immediately.
Can I play offline?
Practice mode works offline. Ranked multiplayer requires internet for matchmaking and rank tracking.
Will Square Shotz come to Android?
Android is on our roadmap for later this year. Sign up for launch updates from the homepage and we'll let you know.
When does the physical board ship?
Pre-orders open May 21. Boards ship fall 2026, in time for tailgate / NFL season. Patent-pending design under USPTO Provisional #64/041,684.
