By downloading or using Square Shotz ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the App.

Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies to your use of the App via the App Store. Where these Terms conflict with Apple's EULA on a topic Apple's agreement covers, Apple's EULA controls.

1. About Us

Square Shotz LLC ("Square Shotz," "we," "us") is a Texas limited liability company (EIN 42-2378455) with a principal place of business at 3807 Walker Falls Lane, Fulshear, TX 77441.

2. License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except as permitted by law
Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
Use the App for unlawful purposes
Use the App to harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users
Use bots, scripts, or automation
Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the App

3. In-App Purchases

Optional in-app purchases include in-game currency and cosmetic content. All purchases are:

Processed by Apple through the App Store
Subject to Apple's terms and refund policies
Final once delivered, except as required by applicable law
Non-transferable between accounts

Virtual items have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for currency, and are licensed (not sold). We may modify, remove, or adjust virtual items at any time without compensation, including upon discontinuing the App.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Cheat, exploit bugs, or use third-party software for unfair advantage
Impersonate another person or entity
Choose offensive, infringing, or impersonating usernames
Disrupt or interfere with our servers
Attempt to access accounts other than your own

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for Terms violations, including resetting rank, removing inventory, or banning your account.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including all artwork, audio, gameplay mechanics, game design, and source code, is owned by Square Shotz LLC and protected by U.S. and international IP laws. The 4×4 grid bag-toss game mechanic is the subject of USPTO Provisional Patent Application No. 64/041,684 and USPTO Trademark Application Serial No. 99769560.

6. User Content

If you submit content (usernames, support tickets, feedback), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use that content in our operations.

7. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SQUARE SHOTZ LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App by uninstalling it. We may terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your license ends and we may delete your account data, subject to retention obligations.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted in the App or on our website. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts in Harris County, Texas. To the extent permitted by law, you and Square Shotz waive the right to a jury trial.

12. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.
